<PolyU’s International Research Summer School programme (25.06.29~25.07.10)>

This premier PhD exploratory programme aims at expanding PolyU’s global network and strengthening the relationship with collaborators for enhancing internationalisation and cultural diversity. The Summer School provides international participants with unique opportunities to engage with PolyU academics and students, experience the University’s vibrant environment and advanced research facilities, and expose themselves to interdisciplinary research and various PhD study paths available.

this year, new features are introduced for the Summer School:

① It has themes on Sustainable Futures, Artificial Intelligence vs Human Experience, and Global Challenges of Health and Wellbeing; and
② Quotas are reserved to invite international partners to nominate students.

1) requirements:

1	Current full-time penultimate or final year undergraduates or full-time Master’s students who have a strong desire to pursue a PhD degree
2	Studying at one of the overseas partner universities with SFT or collaborating institutes at School level
3	Have sound academic and research performance
4	Holder of a passport issued by a foreign country (all except Mainland China, HK SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan)
5	Able to attend ALL sessions of the Summer School in person on PolyU campus

 

2) required supporting documents in PDF format:

1	The latest academic transcript or academic report
2	Full CV listing all academic and research achievements
3	Passport copy with the page with a) FULL name b) passport number c) expiry date

Holder of a passport issued by a foreign country*. Able to attend all sessions of the Summer School in person on campus.   *All except Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and    Taiwan.
